Powder Mill Run Clean Up, 5/2/2026!

Trash Free Maryland is hosting a community litter and trash cleanup with the Howard Park Civic Association on May 2nd!

Join us for a day of community and cleaning up! Together we’ll pick up trash and explore how we can prevent trash and litter from being dumped along the edges of the neighborhood and Powder Mill Run. Learn about our work to identify root causes and solutions to littering and bulk trash dumping in the area.

🗓️Date: Saturday, May 2nd, 2026

⏰ Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm

We will provide supplies, including trash grabbers, gloves, and bags. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Be prepared for possibly walking in tall grass or shrubs and along uneven terrain. This event is (BYOWB), Bring Your Own Water Bottle!
